3. Free registered airmail for orders over NT$2,000 (tracking number provided, delivery within 6-8 working days)
4. If you want to use SF Express (Pick up at the SF Express station or have it delivered directly to your home). Please note your ID card number in the message box when checking out to help us fill in the EZ WAY e-commerce platform. We will also contact you directly for confirmation when receiving the order. Credit card payments are currently available in Taiwan and Macau (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / Paypal )

If you place an order (in stock) before 12 noon on working days, we will ship the goods on the same day and will be sent to your address about 3-10 days after shipment (depending on the mailing method and postal status you choose); if it is a pre-order For products, you need to add a 7-10 day ordering period.

🌱How to check the logistics status of shipped goods?
You can send a private message to our staff for assistance, or find the logistics tracking number on the order page, and then go to the SF official website/post office to enter the tracking number to check.
**Please note that orders below HKD500 (NT$1,300) do not include a tracking number~ If necessary, please note the cost of additional tracking numbers on the checkout page. For global orders, regardless of country or purchase volume, tracking email charges will apply It is always HKD30. We will send you the cost link of the tracking number via email before sending the goods.

The package will be delivered by registered post office or SF Express in Taiwan, Macau, and China. After the package is sent, it can usually be received within 5 to 12 days (depending on the status of the freight company/post office) ~
1. Delivery by airmail takes 5-12 working days
2. Delivery takes 5-12 working days by registered airmail
3. SF Express delivers within 5-7 working days
